This targeted 45-minute session is designed specifically for teen athletes to support recovery, performance, and injury prevention. Using a combination of therapeutic massage, stretching, and cupping therapy, we help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and restore mobility in overused or strained areas. Cupping encourages lymphatic flow and deep tissue release without excessive pressure—perfect for growing bodies under athletic stress.
